Kaseya deploys workstation and software updates, manages patches, proactively resolves issues, alerts Microland Help Desk with possible issues and allows our technicians remote access to your workstation for real-time troubleshooting.
Anti-Virus – In partnership with Webroot, Microland Computer Center is able to provide access to one of the most reputable antiviruses in the world. State of the art anti-virus and real-time monitoring, keep your devices safe and secure.
On-site Assistance – Issue cannot be resolved remotely? No problem. Our team of technicians can be dispatched on the Northshore, in New Orleans, the Gulf Coast, and beyond.
Computer builds, upgrades and repairs – Failed hardware? Microland does that too. We can replace motherboards, hard drives, solid-state drives and more at our office. We can even upgrade that old PC or build and customize a device from scratch all within Microland Computer Center.
